What is the difference between raw and virgin hair?
Raw hair is unprocessed human hair that retains its natural texture. Virgin hair has been processed to achieve a specific texture or finish. Both offer beautiful styling possibilities, depending on your desired look.
How many hair bundles do I need?
Most full-head installations require 2–3 bundles, depending on your desired length and volume. We'll provide personalized bundle recommendations before you pay.
How do I order my hair?
Simply select your preferred hair type, texture and length, then send us your order on Whatsapp. You'll receive an order summary and payment instructions.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed every Friday after full payment. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange my hair?
For hygiene reasons, opened, worn or used hair cannot generally be returned. Please review our return policy for full details and your applicable consumer rights.
